The Home Care Program provides quality care to home-bound patients who are unable to leave their homes due to advanced age or illness. The program offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for problems ranging from simple to acute illnesses, as well as to chronic diseases requiring palliative treatment. The center provides rehabilitation and physical therapy services, pulmonary therapy, laboratory services, pain management, sourcing of private duty nurses and caregivers, and counseling services. Services such as laboratory, diagnostics, pharmacy, nursing care, and motor pool are coordinated with the hospital and the Medical Staff Organization to accommodate home visits.
